With the region in a state of emergency, the mission of the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce – Improving Business, Improving Lives – has become more significant than ever. The Chamber has risen to the task and continued to act not only as a spokesman for business development in the area, but also for the improvement and growth of the Parish. Our dedicated Board of Directors and committees have allowed the organization to redefine our goals; we have become an influential presence in government and are constantly working on behalf of the community to make Jefferson Parish an excellent place to do business and an ideal place to live. Please take this opportunity to review the stances of the Jefferson Chamber, as voted on by the Board of Directors, on issues affecting the Parish.
