Jefferson mayors commend chamber during luncheon

Harvey, La --- The Jefferson Chamber hosted a luncheon featuring the six mayors of Jefferson Parish at the Royal Palm New Orleans today.The mayors dined with nearly 150 guests from the business community. Each mayor gave updates from their municipalities covering an array of topics ranging from economic development to coastal restoration. In addition to providing insight from their regions, they also commended the Chamber on its ongoing efforts to work regionally on doing what’s best for the community.The luncheon is one of many monthly events organized by the Government Committee of the Chamber.Special thanks to:Byron Leblanc, Government Committee Chair and Chereen Gegenheimer, event chair.
